Call us for help. We'll attempt to rectify your computing problems through a series of questions and troubleshooting techniques.
You can also use this service for obtaining product and planning
information. All fees charged for these types of calls will be credited to related purchases and/or on-site technical service/support relating to the current incident.

Phone Support/Consulting Rates
$20 minimum charge
per call (includes first 15 minutes of support.)
and $20 per each
additional 15 minute increment
Note: There is no charge for phone support if we can't fix your computing problem over the phone and one of our technicians goes on-site to fix the problem.
Limited free phone support is available for the first 30 days after a system install on items purchased and installed by Professional Solutions. If problems arise from user software installations or equipment reconfigurations our normal rates apply.
You can prepay in blocks of ten 15 minute units by credit card for convenience. Perfect for multi-user offices. |
