On-Site Trouble Diagnosis: If your system is behaving mysteriously, we can diagnose the trouble and get you running smoothly again, usually in a single visit. ($75 per hour, no charge for drive time - see map.)
Phone Support: If you need answers to general questions about your Mac or about specific applications, we can save you a lot of time and frustration with minimal cost by providing over-the- phone support.
E-mail Support: This is where we can communicate on minor tech support issues as well as future needs and decisions. Please note: This service is for discussion and information sharing, it is not a good vehicle for complex support issues.
