Our Team
Ryan Merritt, Prolific Solutions’ Co-founder and CFO, is a 2002 alumna of James Madison University where she achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has held multiple senior-level positions within the auditing department of two companies servicing the real estate industry. She has also served as an auditor within one of the company’s quality control departments. Her experience and expertise has been driven by her consistent desire for all companies to establish, maintain, and continually evaluate internal controls using optimized processes and automation whenever possible.
While Ryan provides financial direction and expertise as the CFO of Prolific Solutions, she also plays an active role in the daily operations by meeting daily with leadership of the company to ensure that current and future goals and activities continually serve to meet the needs of our clients. Her knowledge of implementing and testing internal controls, coupled with her understanding of various federal security regulations, helps to ensure that the services and solutions offered and implemented by Prolific Solutions in the compliance arena are robust and exemplary.
